Theo &#273;&oacute;, ng&#432;&#7901;i d&acirc;n TP.HCM m&#7855;c 35 nh&oacute;m b&#7879;nh l&yacute; c&oacute; th&#7875; &#273;&#432;&#7907;c chuy&#7875;n th&#7859;ng l&ecirc;n tuy&#7871;n chuy&ecirc;n s&acirc;u m&agrave; kh&ocirc;ng c&#7847;n qua tuy&#7871;n trung gian.<\/p>\n<p>Nh&#7919;ng ng&#432;&#7901;i b&#7879;nh m&#7855;c 35 b&#7879;nh l&yacute;, nh&oacute;m b&#7879;nh l&yacute; n&agrave;y s&#7869; &#273;&#432;&#7907;c chuy&#7875;n th&#7859;ng t&#7915; tuy&#7871;n kh&aacute;m ch&#7919;a b&#7879;nh ban &#273;&#7847;u &#273;&#7871;n c&#7845;p chuy&ecirc;n s&acirc;u. &#272;i&#7873;u n&agrave;y gi&uacute;p &#273;&#7843;m b&#7843;o quy&#7873;n l&#7907;i cho ng&#432;&#7901;i c&oacute; th&#7867; b&#7843;o hi&#7875;m y t&#7871; (BHYT) v&agrave; n&acirc;ng cao hi&#7879;u qu&#7843; &#273;i&#7873;u tr&#7883;. C&aacute;c tr&#432;&#7901;ng h&#7907;p n&agrave;y v&#432;&#7907;t qu&aacute; kh&#7843; n&#259;ng chuy&ecirc;n m&ocirc;n c&#7911;a tuy&#7871;n ban &#273;&#7847;u v&agrave; &#273;&atilde; &#273;&#432;&#7907;c quy &#273;&#7883;nh c&#7909; th&#7875;.<\/p>\n<p>Th&ocirc;ng t&#432; 01 h&#432;&#7899;ng d&#7851;n chi ti&#7871;t vi&#7879;c th&#7921;c hi&#7879;n Lu&#7853;t BHYT s&#7917;a &#273;&#7893;i v&#7899;i nhi&#7873;u quy tr&igrave;nh chuy&#7875;n tuy&#7871;n m&#7899;i. Nh&#7919;ng b&#7879;nh &#273;&#432;&#7907;c chuy&#7875;n tuy&#7871;n th&#7859;ng bao g&#7891;m b&#7879;nh lao, b&#7879;nh do virus, u &aacute;c t&iacute;nh, &#273;a bi&#7871;n ch&#7913;ng, ho&#7863;c b&#7879;nh c&oacute; bi&#7871;n ch&#7913;ng &#273;&#7863;c bi&#7879;t.<\/p>\n<p>S&#7903; &#273;&#7873; ngh&#7883; c&aacute;c c&#417; s&#7903; y t&#7871; th&#7921;c hi&#7879;n th&#7889;ng nh&#7845;t danh s&aacute;ch b&#7879;nh &#273;&#432;&#7907;c chuy&#7875;n tuy&#7871;n th&#7859;ng v&agrave; tu&acirc;n th&#7911; &#273;&uacute;ng quy tr&igrave;nh chuy&#7875;n tuy&#7871;n &#273;&#7889;i v&#7899;i c&aacute;c tr&#432;&#7901;ng h&#7907;p c&ograve;n l&#7841;i.
