Trong quá khứ, bóng đá Việt Nam đã có những cầu thủ nhập tịch đáng chú ý như  Đỗ Hiếu Minh hoặc Dương Hồng Sơn, nhưng chưa có nhiều thành công.<\/p>\n

Việc các cầu thủ Việt kiều bắt đầu xuất hiện và tìm lại căn cước công dân Việt Nam có thể mở ra cơ hội mới cho V-League và thậm chí là đội tuyển quốc gia.<\/p>\n

Được biết, cầu thủ Joseph Đỗ sinh năm 2000 tại Mỹ, có mẹ là người Việt Nam, đã hoàn thành thủ tục nhập tịch hồi tháng 5\/2024. Hiện cầu thủ này đã có căn cước công dân Việt Nam và CLB có được thông tin từ phía Joseph Đỗ rằng cầu thủ này muốn trở về Việt Nam để phát triển sự nghiệp.<\/p>\n

Một cầu thủ Việt kiều khác là Văn Sáu, sinh năm 1997 tại Liên Bang Nga, thi đấu ở vị trí trung vệ. <\/p>\n

Văn Sáu sinh ra trong gia đình có bố là người Việt, mẹ là người Nga. Văn Sáu từng thi đấu cho đội trẻ của CLB Akhmat Grozny. <\/p>\n

Một số cầu thủ Việt kiều đã tiếp bước khi tìm cách nhập tịch và trở về Việt Nam thi đấu. Họ tạo sức hút lớn và mở ra một làn gió mới cho V-League cũng như đội tuyển Việt Nam. <\/p>\n
