T&#432; th&#7871; t&#7845;m v&aacute;n (Phalakasana): Gi&#7919; c&#417; th&#7875; &#7903; t&#432; th&#7871; ch&#7889;ng &#273;&#7849;y v&#7899;i tay &#273;&#7863;t d&#432;&#7899;i vai v&agrave; ch&acirc;n du&#7895;i th&#7859;ng. Si&#7871;t ch&#7863;t c&#417; b&#7909;ng v&agrave; gi&#7919; th&#7859;ng ng&#432;&#7901;i t&#7915; &#273;&#7847;u &#273;&#7871;n g&oacute;t ch&acirc;n. T&#432; th&#7871; plank nghi&ecirc;ng (Vasisthasana): B&#7855;t &#273;&#7847;u t&#7915; t&#432; th&#7871; plank c&#417; b&#7843;n, chuy&#7875;n tr&#7885;ng l&#432;&#7907;ng sang m&#7897;t b&ecirc;n tay, n&acirc;ng tay c&ograve;n l&#7841;i l&ecirc;n cao v&agrave; x&#7871;p ch&#7891;ng ho&#7863;c b&#7855;t ch&eacute;o hai ch&acirc;n. L&#7907;i &iacute;ch c&#7911;a t&#432; th&#7871; n&agrave;y l&agrave; t&#259;ng c&#432;&#7901;ng s&#7913;c m&#7841;nh c&#417; li&ecirc;n s&#432;&#7901;n v&agrave; c&#7843;i thi&#7879;n kh&#7843; n&#259;ng ph&#7889;i h&#7907;p.<\/p>\n<p>4. T&#432; th&#7871; chi&#7871;n binh III (Virabhadrasana III): &#272;&#7913;ng th&#7859;ng v&agrave; d&#7891;n tr&#7885;ng l&#432;&#7907;ng v&agrave;o m&#7897;t ch&acirc;n, nghi&ecirc;ng ng&#432;&#7901;i v&#7873; ph&iacute;a tr&#432;&#7899;c v&agrave; n&acirc;ng ch&acirc;n sau l&ecirc;n, tay du&#7895;i th&#7859;ng v&#7873; ph&iacute;a tr&#432;&#7899;c. T&#432; th&#7871; n&agrave;y t&aacute;c &#273;&#7897;ng to&agrave;n th&acirc;n, &#273;&#7863;c bi&#7879;t l&agrave; c&#417; ch&acirc;n, l&#432;ng v&agrave; b&#7909;ng, t&#259;ng c&#432;&#7901;ng kh&#7843; n&#259;ng gi&#7919; th&#259;ng b&#7857;ng.<\/p>\n<p>5.
